her tits are now getting pink & large. I consult a vet, he say it may do to some infection. an give me ''cefpodoxime proxetil oral suspension ip'' . even after the medicine their is no significant change. i cannot perform any x ray or snaking, because i am from a village we don't have such felicity in our local vet hospital.

Well, it's very normal for some dogs to go off their food during pregnancy.  Their hormones are all over the place and some of them can be very picky eaters right until after whelping.

This is a time to experiment and tempt her with all kinds of foods - preferably meat-based - to get her to eat.  Avoid liver and avoid anything with calcium - like cheese or dairy products.  Choose meats...

I don't know what medication your vet gave, but I hope it was safe for a pregnant bitch...

Cefpodoxime Proxetil Contraindications

Pregnant or nursing dogs, or dogs you intend to breed, should not receive cefpodoxime proxetil. The breeding contraindication holds true for male and female canines.

Did you tell your vet that your dog may be pregnant?  If so, I think you should place complaint against the vet and print and show that information.

Other than that, you can do nothing but wait and see what happens.  She may have puppies with birth defects or other physical issues, she may have dead or mummified puppies - it's impossible to say.

Or you could have the Alizin injection to induce abortion - I believe that can be given up to 45 days into pregnancy.

Or you could ask for a gravid spay (hysterectomy with the pups)..

This would be no more traumatic than a C section.

You would have no worries about her getting pregnant, or possible abnormal puppies.

Rearing a litter is very hard work, and finding the homes even harder, especially for an unplanned litter.
