Hi, I myself am looking for a breeder that has Lhasa apso puppies, but I am in the South West. If you contact the Kennel Club and ask them to send you a list of breeders that have Lhasa Apso puppies, they will do that.  There seems to be more breeders your way, or nearer to you than to me, you still might have to travel a little.
