I own a puppy, it is almost three months old. When the puppy gets older will it's ears crop up?

It is illegal to crop pups ears in this country. If you wanted a cropped eared dog you will have to import one from Europe or elsewhere.
Your pups ears will not crop up by themselves though :-)

no, it is illegal to crop boxers ears in England you will mainly find boxers with cropped ear in U.S.A. I have a 6 year old boxer called Jessie and last November had to have her left ear removed due to a cancerous lump which i had found.

No, in the UK dogs' ears are all natural. Boxer's ears are naturally dropped.
