My 19 month old bitch is currently in season.  This is her third season and she is chewing everything in sight and seems 'hyper' (for want of a better word).  She wasn't like this during her other seasons and our routine hasn't changed at all that I am aware of.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Any ideas or is it just her hormones? 

quite typical, yes hormones, she's frustrated.
