High guys over the past few years I have been visiting a friend in Poland and a lady in her town is a show dog person. I've decided to have one of her puppy's and she's going to bring it to the uk for me and stay for a holiday.  Where do I start to make sure I have the exact paper work etc to bring her into the country and also to make sure that paper work will allow me to register with the kc?

you will need a certified pedigree and a regsitraion certificate of the dog in your name.

For travel pup will need a microchip fitted and Rabies vaccination at 3 CALENDER MONTHS of age and can then travel 21 days later, with a completed Pet passport.

Between 24 hours and 120 hours, before coming to UK pup must be treated for tapeworm with a specific chemical.

Most of what is required should be done by the Breeder. If you key in Pet Passport in to Google Search you will see the Gov.UK Site which is fairly straight forward to understand what is required. I used it myself back in 2014.

But it's best to make sure they gt everything correct as often their vets won't know all the details, especially the extra bits about the timing of Tapeworm treatment before entering UK.
