I always have a theme for ny KC names for each litter but am stumped at the moment, can't think of anything. For example, we have a Toy story litter, an Abba litter etc. any ideas anyone?

Planets or stars, flowers/herbs, military theme, books, songs, I once did a wedding theme (Pageboy, Bridesmaid etc), or I put something front of the name such as "in the" (mood, red, black, groove and so on) or "out of" (the blue, the dark, my dreams) , you get the drift, hope that helps.

Thanks Mixed pack, going with, In the mood, In the groove, In my dreams, Out of the blue, Out of sight and Out of time.
Kenny. Great ideas, but didn't think Andy Murray would appreciate a dog being named after him, much as I am so proud of team GB. Thanks guys xxx

Unless several from a litter are shown your theme is rarely apparent (except to those reading the BRS), so I stick to a letter, so gives you more scope.
Up to my last but one litter all my names were single Polish words and I reached Z in 2015 as several letters were not used.
So with my last litter I went for more imaginative multiple words in English starting with A, next will be B.

My dogs brother is called Murray after Andy Murray.
When the family were driving to pick him up they were desperately trying to agree on a name. They were also listening to the Wimbledon final where Andy won for the first time.As they turned into the lane where the breeders house was, Andy won the match, so they decided it must have been fate and called the dog after him.
My boy is called Fonzi, his lovely breeder called him Happy Days when she registered him

We usually did H-litters but for some strange reason, our last out in Canada was our 'Camelot' litter - Morgan le Fay, Blasine, Igraine and Guinevere for the 4 bitches and Gawaine, Merlin, Bedevere etc. for the boys. There are loads of names surrounding the Arthurian legend. Once back in the UK we started on letters of the alphabet. As so many do.
Lord of the Rings names?
Many of my cats 1970's were from Lord of the Rings as was my prefix Baranduin. But each litter had the same letter of the alphabet.
