not specifically but I would worry about pyometra . definitely take her to the vet tomorrow as it needs checking out and sorting if that the case. If she becomes unwell before tomorrow would go for an emergency appointment

It could be Pyometra. A friends old girl ended up having one. Id defernaly make sure your vet will see her tomorrow even if you have to get an out of hours appointment.

One of my bitches did this. She had an infection and cysts on her ovaries. She was much younger than your dog, but the vet said that she was at high risk of developing pyometra, so was spayed. She would have one season and a month later she was in season again. But swab results showed infection. Good luck at the vets today.

At this age, anything could be causing this from pyometra to cancer I'd suggest.   But rather than leave her, you really should contact your vet - most have 24 hour cover these days which means if you phone the normal number, even if closed their Service should pick up, take your details, call the vet on duty who should get back to you pronto.   If this is pyo. the sooner you get it diagnosed and treated, the better.   So sad she wasn't spayed years ago.

Vet closed for holiday?????   Load of poppycock.  You need the OOH vet urgently.  Many elderly bitches die in agony because they should have been spayed years before.  Your bitch has the potential that she has pyometra.  She needs to see a vet URGENTLY.

(What holiday have I missed?)

I am hoping the op has been to the vet by now, as you say what vet in the uk doesn't offer ooh? even the pdsa do have service, albeit skeleton but I would have though this would count as an emergency. I hope we get an update

It's Glasgow Fair (or at least it was on Friday/yesterday), a local (to me) holiday and my vet was OOH/emergency only on Friday and Monday (though open on Saturday because i was there with himself for a weight check/Advantage).  Not saying the OP is in glasgow because i have no idea, but local holidays are sometimes very local.  I should note that my OOH vet is 45 minutes drive away and only comes out for accidents so it is completely possible someone would struggle to get to a vet in such circumstances (for example if i didn't have my own car in the OP's circumstances i would have to convince a taxi to take a bleeding dog (not likely) OR get two buses with said bleeding dog to attend OOH).
