PLEASE HELP!
I appear to be hitting a brick wall.... has anyone imported semen (Chilled preferably but the import procedure doesn't differ for frozen, or so i am told!).
Does the semen need to come from the Semen Bank in the USA? Or can it come from the breeder? 
I am looking to import CHILLED semen from the USA, i know all about the licences, but need to know the logistics of it. I have emailled companies and they have not got back to me. Any help appreciated.

Most breeders in the USA will have/know of a  repro vet they know who will take semen and deal with export.
