Hi, I had my labrador's hips and elbows xrayed 3 weeks ago. I was just wondering how long it takes these days for the results/scores to come back? Many thanks

It depends on how busy they are and when the panel is next meeting.

I waited 6 weeks last time.

Ditto, had mien x-rayed on 20th July, but then they have to get to BVA (could take rest of the week).  they aim for 3 weeks, and then the results have to be sent to your vet and then your vet has to inform you or send results on, could add another 10 days.

look on the KC's MYKC - they are often on there before you get the results

I always look on mykc first too. 2 dogs I know we're done on 18 June were done at Marilyn's and I'm keeping my eyes on mykc for results.

Thanks for your replies. I will try and register with mykc, went on to mate select and nothing there. It was the vet who said the results should be back within 3 weeks,  but can remember it taking much longer in the past.  It was on 20th june that my dog was xrayed, so will just keep checking mykc (when I can get on it) and wait! :-) thanks!

Mine was done there on the 20th June, not July LOL.

My dogs were done on the 10th June scored on the 30th and results on the KC site by the 1st July. My vets called me yesterday with the scores, they were shocked i told them what they were

Just rang the BVA health schemes and they have done the ones before 21st June, and mine were done yesterday and emailed to KC, though not on MYKC yet.

So now have to wait for them to get back to Marylyn or for them to be input onto MYKC to know the results

Does anyone know when the bva are due to meet next?

I believe they sit twice a month, so if they sat on 20th July that would give you some idea, but give them a ring and they will tell you.

The BVA are currently taking Four Weeks from submissions received. They hold sessions weekly and the next session is tomorrow 17/08/2016. This information is currently 100% accurate at the time of writing as I have just got off the phone with them as I also am awaiting Results.

I had mine done on 20th June (as posted), received by the bva on 27th June, scored by panel on 29th July and results on kc website on 3rd August. When I spoke to bva they said that they try to aim to see them within 4 weeks.
