my young  four and half young dog puppy has loose and red bottom eyelids been to vets and got them checked and no infection and he said MIGHT tighten up as head changes
Has anyone any experience with this is there anything i can do to help ? be grateful for any input

At 4 1/2 months, I imagine he's teething and I've noticed this can happen at that time. So his eyes might well settle once he's a little older and yes his head is going to change alot as he matures. Fingers crossed.
