It is interesting that in the Book of the Bitch it says you may see a clear discharge from day 35 but other sites say from day 28. Why such a difference.
Can anyone explain and is it for a different reason?

Disappointed to-night. Took mine to the vet who said he could not feel anything but would give anti-biotics.
I had her booked in with a local scanner on Wednesday but as she was there I had her scanned and he said there was nothing.
So much worrying and all for nothing. Maybe next time.
I'll just have to throw myself into my work as opposed to every waking moment having it on my mind. Lots of potential buyers to disappoint including the stud dog owner and 3 others who have
had a pup before.
The only thing I wondered was whether to wait another week and have her scanned again but no doubt clutching at straws.
She was mated 4 weeks ago last Wednesday and Friday.

I'm sure more experienced owners will advise you more but don't lose hope. I have read lots of posts on here that have proved scanners wrong etc. Keeping fingers crossed

Could be a little early, I wouldn't give up yet.

I had my bitch scanned yesterday... Both myself and the junior vet thought she was in pup but she couldn't find anything /.. Devastated I left the surgery - my daughter recorded the scan and watched it back and took photos - we can see 4 round circles with bits in which I think would have been seen if the young vet hasn't been so quick and my bitch kept still - so will wait two weeks and go back
