my girl has been in season as far as am aware for a week last Sunday week.
I do have a draminski but have always found it just one of the guides. I had a male for my last litters who although neutered was the best guide for me knowing whether one of my girls over the years was ready. Sadly, at nearly 13 I lost him before Christmas and I have realised how useful having a male around was for this purpose.
She is still bleeding, although very clean, and the draminski shows very low readings. Any advice without me having blood test as the only time I did this, it turned out to be a total fools errand at the times the vet advised me to go, I now realise for my breed much too early.
