hi
bought natures menu tripe chunks today its normlay mince tripe i buy but pet shop never had minced tripe
usaly i cook minced tripe n pot on stove and add gravey to it
just wondering how do i cook chunks ?? does not say on bag
my old boy will not eat it raw
advice please ?

cpt jack the cat just stolen big tripe chunk out bowl he loves it its still raw and not cooked

Natures Menu is raw food meant to be fed raw, so perhaps not so strange there are no cooking instructions on the bag. :smile: Why don't you try just feeding it? My big dogs don't think much of mince but give them chunks of meat any time and they're happy.

i will try giving lord h it raw but he is bit fussey
hector eats anything
thats first time i have seen chunks
i have bought natures menu fish mince  for cats they go mad for it
been told to feed tripe to bulk lord h and hector up for showing they are also on chudlays orginle working mix

I buy it in one piece and cut if however much they need for a meal.great for teeth and good for poorly tummies   .always raw

lord h was not sure about tripe chunks he took it out bowl ate working mix he kept going back to tripe
hector ate it no problem
the cats love it they were stealing it out bowl i put it in to defrost

oh my word why would you cook it, all the goodness is in the remaining green and enzymes in the tripe, which will be killed by cooking (not to mention the stench).

Just feed it as it comes after defrosting in a sealed container.
