My dog is on day 55 today and she has been passing gas for the past day, she smells so bad. Is this common? she seems fine in herself.

Last night she ate only part of her food when usually she will have the lot before you've got the dish on the floor.

Her temp has been around 37.7 however last night it was 38.0, this morning we are at 37.8.

When my bitches got to the final stages of their pregnancy, I'd have to feed smaller meals (the increasing size of the puppies leaves little room for food!), more times a day and CUT OUT THE BULK.  It's often the cereal that makes a dog gassy (and having a breed prone to GDV I'm very aware of the risks of having a gassy dog).

I fed protein and no fillers which made things easier for my girl. She ate right up until and during labour! I think it was easy to digest and less bulky. 3 weeks after whelping and she is maintaining her pre pregnancy weight without any cereals in sight.
