Ebay question? I purchased a cozycave bed 2 weeks ago and it is already coming unstitched £70) Seller has offered me £20 to get it repaired or for me to send it back and they will repair or replace. He reckons this is only 2nd one he has had faulty from selling hundreds. I don't see why I should need to geta new item patched up.
My objection to me sending it back is courier cost as its the extra large size. Just wondered what my rights are here. Any advice please

They should be paying for postage to return if faulty and either replace or refund

I'd send it back personally. Annoying but just one of those things.

Editing this because I am wrong- looks like the seller is responsible for P&P, the item is faulty and its within 60 days:
