I'm impressed with the KC at the moment. On Friday we phoned them to request 4 ownership certificates -the certificates they now issue free of charge to breeders for pups kept, as the initial certificates at first stated "You are not the registered owner" and then was changed to "Change of ownership form". I received all four today! Then yesterday I did an online transfer of ownership. They have been fast in the past but this was a Sunday, late afternoon. An hour and a half after I'd paid for the transfer the dog showed up in my MyKC account! Impressed.
