hi
i own dog and bitch and 1 week ago my bitch has had a litter of pups, but just before she whelped my dog started to pee in the house  has gone off his food and is very clingy with me.
they normally sleep together but have been seperated while the bitch is with her pups, is this a case of seperation anxiety for my dog?
any advice would be great
