Topic Dog Boards / Showing / Dentals?

What is the situation when a show dog has had dental extractions (for wellbeing). Can it still be shown?

You need to apply for permission to show which in the case of a tooth extraction is pretty much guaranteed to be given. You'll need to carry the permission letter to shows in case a judge queries it but it really depends which tooth as to if they'll even notice. My bitch has won 4 CCs and 2 RCCs since having an upper carnassial removed, nobody has ever mentioned the missing tooth.
