Which dog food companies have breeder offers? Do any do decent puppy packs or do people just make their own?

I've had a look on a few sites but it seems you have to register before they tell you what offers they have.

You feed what you believe is best for your dogs, and make your own puppy packs.

I buy two large bags of the two foods I rear pups and feed my dogs on and split them between the pups so that they have three or four weeks worth of food to take away, this at least means they are likely not to change their diet for the important first weeks.

I ask the manufacturers to send me leaflets of their range for the new owners.

I do exactly the same as Brainless.

The food I currently feed has no puppy version, and my old boy has decided he doesn't like it any more, so 2 reasons I need to look at alternatives.

Find a good food then and don't worry about puppy packs, though a breeder scheme that gets you the food at a better price is always worthwhile.

Simpsons do this for example, have three ranges, one with cereal, one with potato, and one 80/20 meat/fish and vegetables. http://www.simpsonspremium.com/index.php?route=common/home

Our vet has small sachets (free samples) but you have to ask for them.
The best puppy pack we received from a breeder included a 5kg bag of the food the puppy was on, it was a relief to have it because it meant we could take our time introducing new foods slowly. There was also a bowl, booklet, toy and the usual piece of vetbed smelling of Mum.

Happy dog (which I feed adults and puppies on) sent me 20x1kg bags of their mini baby food which I had weaned pups onto. That was for 10 pups so 2 bags for each pup. Also information leaflets and a bag of puppy treats for each pup and a nice happy dog bag This was last November.
I was already registered with them online as I buy all my food from them.
