I'm trying to find a small static caravan site where we can have our two hounds with us.   I don't want a big one if possible and I'd prefer one that's around the N.Lakes - Keswick?    I would look at hotels, inns or B & Bs but I think being that bit more independent would be better, for us.

Any recommendations?

I've used several dog friendly cottages in lakes and one caravan dog friendly by Lake Windermere. Cottages in Cockermouth, Branthwaite and New Lake Buttermere.

Are you on Facebook? There is a group called Dog Friendly Holiday Accommodation that is very good, lots of owners of self catering properties( caravans, lodges, flats, cottages etc) that are happy to accept dogs and most don't charge extra for them.

Sadly I don't do Facebook, but I'll see if I can find that group elsewhere.  Tks.
