Mr TW Ross and Miss G Stevenson
Lexi' s mum is crackers pride and her dad is Jake Kyanite to the Extreme
Any help will be greatly appreciated

I've looked up her details with the kennel club, she was one of 6, born Nov 2010. 

She appears to be entirely pet breeding for at least 3 generations (not to the 4th generation are there any known kennel names) with none of her parents or grandparents health tested, so I don't think the breeder is a serious breed enthusiast.

At a push you could write to the kennel club asking them to pass on a letter to the address they have on record, but surely you would have the details on her Kennel club registration certificate before you applied for transfer of ownership?  Also on puppy contract and receipt??
