Does this work.  My 11 1/2 year old has some bad tartar on back teeth now.  Trouble is the isn't much of a chewer and is missing the large carnassial on the top left so that side just doesn't get used.

I don't want to have to sedate her to get rid of it if I can help it, does this product work, or one of the others like Petzlife, etc  Or recommendations for a good canine toothpaste.

In the past with the aid of bones all mien have had good teeth lifelong.  These days I only have hooves for them to chew as my local butchers never have enough bones for all six of them.

My 14 year old Beardie needs help now.  Tropiclean makes the tartare softer and I can scrape it off a bit at a time.  She's going doolally and her head bobs up and down so I won't use any dental implements.  I use my nails so don't have manicured hands!!  Thumbnails work the best and they do look pretty ragged but hey who cares.
