does anyone know if anyone does premade raw rabbit with rabbit offal ? it must be 100% rabbit no other protein, I can do some veg

Don't know about others but I've found rabbit impossible to get. It's seasonal and I haven't hit the season yet

Can you buy whole rabbit from the butcher?  Presumably if you were willing to buy it regularly, and take it without too much preparation, you could negotiate a decent price.  I'm not saying you'd want it with the fur still on but if it's not for human consumption the butcher needn't spend too much time making it 'tidy'! 

Somewhere I have a link to a raw food supplier who sells rabbit - one of the few that does - I'll see if I can find it...

Finally check out the online meat companies.  Many of them sell whole rabbit and might be able to help you source a regular supply of rabbit offal.  One here

Do rabbit mince or whole rabbits

Can you contact some farmers, many either shoot or have people shooting rabbits and they don't normally take them with them. I still have some in my freezer, we will have a lot more once the season kicks in.. Just a long way for you to travel for whole rabbits

Manifold Valley (MVM) do whole, skinned and gutted rabbits (http://www.manifoldvalleymeats.co.uk/barf-diet-products/) and would probably be able to include offal if needed. Contact them and see what they say. The quality of their products is excellent.

Thank you I now have a few more ideas. Can get at £5 per kg from butcher far too expensive and have seen at £3.50 plus delivery but hoping to get it down cheaper as I need ATM 1kg per day. Will check out those sources.  Doesn't help that whispa will only eat it minced and can't have anything else for 6 weeks. Any idea how much a rabbit weighs in average ?

Anyone know if the dogfood company communication is any better than it used to be ? I gave up with him  as he was impossible to get hold of ? Thank you everyone

We have had Rabbit, from Forthglade.

I have just been lucky enough to have been given about 60 wild rabbits, some with fur on and some off.

I have minced mine and also added some whole skined phesants too. (now out of season)

All bones and feet go through my mincer only the entrails and stomach are removed which leaves the correct amount of organ/offal content.

I gave up on The Dog Food Company when he let me down with a delivery and then, despite me leaving several messages, he never got back to me.  I now use Manifold Valley and can´t fault them.  Excellent customer service and always deliver on stated day and usually about the same time.
