Has anyone any idea of costs to send puppy to Spain. Pup could be upto 6 months old(Hypothetical at this stage)

Cheapest way by far is going via road and using this company that transports rescues -I used them last year. They give you a link to track their van every step of the way. http://www.pets-trans.es/

I have always found if the owners are not coming to get the pups themselves is to have them deal with a shipping company, with a good name in canine circles. 

I always deal with Overhill imports and exports.  Another one I can recommend is Ryslip.

This way you only deal with the sale of the pup and documen5tation, and not the shipping.

I used http://trans-pet.co.uk/  They took 3 pedigree cats and 2 pedigree dogs out to Spain for me.  Later returned on dog to UK.  Then a few years later remaining dog and total of 4 cats back to UK.  Absolutely fantastic service for all animals.  Not sure how they compare in price though.  They are English people based in Spain.
