I have a large bottle of panacur 10%, (it's intended for large animals so doesn't have the dog dosage on the bottle) I have googled and think it should be 1ml per kg for adult dogs as a one off dose? but last time I did my puppy the vet said to give her a smaller dose for 3 days, she is 5 months now, should I give her a single dose or a longer small one still? She is a Vizsla BTW

It's 0.5ml per kg for puppies for three days. 

Adults it's one dose at 1ml per kg

Pregnant bitches it's a daily dose of 0.25ml per kg, from day 40 days of pregnancy to 2 days post whelping.

I worm puppy dose monthly to 6 months and then would do adult dose at 9 months onward.
