I don't really understand the European show system, does anyone know how a junior champion is made up, i.e. Is there an age restriction on what age a JCAC is given, how many need to be won to be made up etc?

Oh and what has to be won to qualify a young dog for Crufts in Europe?

Each country will have it's own rules for titles.  Only the FCI International title requirements will be the same for each country (except Ireland, unless they have been brought in lien with common rules now for pet passports?).

Another consideration is does the Jn Ch title covert to points or CAC to adult title. The UK kennel club does not recognise Jn Ch titles BUT in Holland ( for example ) the Jn Ch title converts to a CAC so the dog has gained points to a champion title Nd thus once out of age classes would have to enter limit. Not all national KC convert Jn Champions titles to CAC so you need to know rules for each country .

Good question, a friend in Ireland has just made her puppy up to Junior Ch, I'd be interested to know if it counts towards any Adult qualifications.

As far as I know the Irish Jn champion doesn't convert to points to Irish Adult Title

I have a bitch who gained her Belgian junior title but it does not convert to a full title :(
