Hi
I'm sure that someone has probably posted this before, but I can't find anything.
Does anyone have a quick & easy recipe for Liver Cake please?
Thanks.

Liver Cake Recipe

250 g liver
125 g self-raising flour
2 eggs
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Chop the liver into small pieces, place liver in a food processor, add the flour, eggs and garlic and mix in processor.
Place mixture in a greased tray or cake tin. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C (gas mark 4) for approximately 30 minutes. When ready, remove from the oven and leave to cool. Then simply cut the cake into small squares, split into bags and place in the freezer for future use.

I always add a good teaspoon of dried oregano as well after seeing it on an American site once. It adds a herby smell which mitigates some of the "liver-y" smell when cooking, and is just as attractive to dogs, if not more so.
