Desperately looking for a Mid Blue to Light but not Pale Jacket any ideas.

Have you tried Matalan?  I've had some really nice suits from them over the years.  Jackets and skirts are sold separately.

yes, never found one plenty of dark blues but that's no good with a black dog and black trousers. Look everywhere last year.
