Has anyone used a Pet Courier when importing a Dog and if so what was the experience like

Hi!

I used one two months ago to import a kitten. I wasn't able to collect her at the time and both myself and the breeder didn't want her to travel in cargo. So we decided to use a certified pet courier that was recommended to us by another breeder who exported couple of her own puppies. My kitten was driven from Europe and carried by ferry as well, with 2 pups and 2 other cats, as far as I remember. She arrived close to the scheduled time ( there was a slight delay with the ferry),straight to my doorstep, in very good condition under professional care. It was a new experience for me but I was happy with the results and the kitten did not seem overly stressed after the journey:-)
