Hi guys

In couple of weeks we collect our male bc pup. A
We adopted our bitch Greyhound about 2 years ago, she is 6 years old now.
Has anyone ever introduced a GH to a pup. She is good with other dogs, she was even ok with our pet rabbit after some intensive training. However, the rabbit was always in a run, which the puppy will not be.
Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

As most Greys when in training are kennelled with a companion, then I can't see there being any special issue beyond what introducing any pup to an adult would entail. 

in other words, make sure she can always get away rom pup, and don't expect her to feel love at first sight initially, and even for her to be somewhat hostile to him until he's over about 12 weeks.  some adults simply don't 'do' puppies.

If she snarls and roars at him,. let her (within reason), he will take his cue from her (likely to yell his head off and act as if he's being murdered an show submission).

My main concern is her seeing this little fluffy thing and instinct kicking in. Though we will be introducing out of the house and bringing them in together.
Im certain everything will go fine. She will have her muzzle on in case, which we are putting on her now 2-3 times a day so she gets used to it again.

Can't see it being an issue once she has had a chance to sniff and identify him as canine.
