my pup is 15 weeks and has no testicles dropped yet......I can feel the left one just above the scrotum if I press on his abdomen and I think I can feel the right one a bit higher than the other..........over the last 2-3 weeks his scrotum has got really full and bulky almost like he has two testicles.........I have never experienced this before .......all my pup's have two tiny testicles at 8 weeks.........anyone any advice

Well if it feels like he has them then he probably has, perhaps have a vet confirm entirety.

I can never distinguish two from one with baby pups.
