can anyone help?  I have a lovely golden puppy five months old and am thinking would be nice to sort out a groomer.  I would like Chloe's coat hand stripped until that is no longer possible as a result of neutering.  I think with the solid colours mistakes must show up so need to find someone good and  trustworthy.

Not an expert on cockers but I believe hand stripping them is done over a matter of weeks not in a single appointment.  You may be better learning to do this yourself.  I remember a showman telling me he spent weeks doing his show dogs, a head here, ears there, neck another time, back etc it certainly wasn't all in one good, unless of course this was the way he and his dogs prefered it :)
