Where did you hear it? Been Googling and can't find anything. Be interested to see what they say about it.

I heard it was a temporary closure for refurbishment, but the person who told me didn't get the information from a particularly reliable source.

I follow Holly and Lil on FB and they've put it on their status because they sell their dog collars etc in there. They've been told the space is needed to sell more fashion.

You really really must look for ''Christian the Lion'' on You Tube. Christian, was a Harrods Lion Cub, who was given to the Born Free Foundation when he became too big to live in the London flat with his owners.(back in the 70s)

The ''owners'' visited Africa for a reunion with Christian after some considerable length of time and the scenes are amazing.

Thats thoughful, most people just put them out & into Hyde park when they get to big.
