Hi my11 month old lurcher satrted with runs this moring she as been sick a few times although its more flemy as she as not eaten all day. With her not eating these symptoms have eased but she is vey quiet and just sleeping. With her only being a slim dog anyway already she looks to have lost weight. I dont know if the 2 are connected but she as   lump on her back end which i think is a anal gland as is due to see the vet on Saturday to get this seen to.
She is upto date with injections, any help please am I just worrying too much thanks

What with there being otubreaks of  parvo in various parts of the country at the moment (including in vaccinated dogs) I'd play safe if I was you and call the vet first thing tomorrow and not wait until Saturday. Better safe than sorry. There are also plenty of cases of Seasonal Canine Illness and my own vets sent out an e-mail this week to all their clients warning about walking dogs in woods, and the symptoms given for SCI seem very similar -vomiting, diarrhoea and lethargy. They say to contact your vet immediately if you notice these signs within 72 hours of walking in woods.

yes we have already decided to ring the vet in the morning unless there are signs of improvement.
