Well that's an improvement!

Not if you lucked out and qualified for 2014 at Boston last year it isn't! I'd rather Boston was a 2015 qualifier lol!

I now have three chances instead of one to get my baby puppy there.

Good Luck tooolz. :-)

I can't imagine you'll need more than 1, having seen the photos! But good luck anyway. :-)
>Good luck toolz :-)
She doesn't need luck! As long there's a judge with a good pair of eyes and a good pair of hands... The cream will rise to the top ;-)

That's so true! I live in hope of one day being allowed to have one of Tooolz's Cavaliers - maybe in a few years when I can manage another dog, I'm at my limit at the moment, never mind hubby's! :-p

This is good to know, I now also have 3 chances lol would be nice to make it to Crufts!
Shame for me as even if I manage to qualify my pup at Manchester for Crufts she would still be to young to go as she would be a few days short of 8 months , so the following year for me
Peanuts

Manchester is going to be my pups first show, he will be just 6 mths old, I can dream he may be placed, but even then no CC,son offer for his breed so no chance of CRufts for us ....

Unless she wins the CC or RCC and so gets a stud book number then she could enter, but wouldn't be allowed to enter special puppy or special junior..... who thinks up these rules???
i know
there are some silly rules with the K/C
I unknowingly entered my 11 month old in ireland puppy classses were only up to 9 months i think as it was an international show
He went on to get (as we know it)the dog cc
Now he can only go in J/D OR yearling then its LIMIT!!
He is not a mature dog so is nowhere ready for limit so i think thats a bit of a stupid rule to
He is not a mature dog so is nowhere ready for limit so i think thats a bit of a stupid rule to Surely at aged 2 any dog should be fine for Limit.
he is 17 months just nearly out of junior i wouldnt put him in limit yet

I had something similar, where my dog won out of PG in 5 straight shows! I didn't want to put him up into Limit so put him into yearling at the shows with that classification. So many 'seasoned' exhibitors thought I was stupid and should have put him up into Limit. Needless to say last week he won the RCC out of the yearling class.
good for you i do like my dogs to work their way up the classes especially this one as i said he is one of those who are so full of the joys of spring that he needs time to mature not all dogs have the same outlook some mature very quickly so i will take it one day at a time with this one

Same for us Peanuts, old enough for Mancester, but too young for Crufts :(
