Hi i was wondering what people feed their dogs to get them in tip top show condition. I feed mine raw Tripe and Offal with a bit of milled Linseed and Yumega thrown in,should i be giving something else and does anyone have any tips. I also give my dogs plenty of exercise

I give my puppy Ceaser (I know its not the best) and he has chicken as a special treat.

He has lots of excercise and because of this he apparently needs some more weight. So I'm feeding him extra for breakfast.

Think the most important thing is that they should be in good condition, hard condition, so what you feed is not important as long as it produces a fit dog that can do the required exercise which should be varied. Personally I think this should apply to all dogs including the toys. On top of that the coat and pigment should be correct and well groomed and the dog should have strong breed type then it is just down to conformation and movement. Easy really (wink)

Very true.  And I find that my toys feel nice and 'hard' because they run with the Collies.  Looks funny mind, as the Beardies just lollop along, while the toys legs are going like a clockwork toy.  It really helps keep that nice firm feel to them.
