Here is the online entry company that lists most french shows http://cedia.fr/. Not the best from memory unless you french is good but I managed by running it through google translate :)

In the top right hand corner of the cedia site , click on the flag for english site.

http://doglle.com  is a good entry portal for most countries, particularly Belgian shows (a Belgian run site).  You just register your dog/s once with them with copies of pedigree & Ch certificates put on file online and then can enter shows and pay through them as well.  Just like using Higham or Fossedata.

The FCI list of shows is accurate for the Section (World / European winners) shows but the list of individual countries is not 100% correct, some of the dates have changed and not been corrected on the FCI list.
