I signed up to an email reminder from Zooza/Arena Print recently and in opening up today's email happened to scroll to the bottom when I caught sight of "Face to Remember"--a photo of Jack, a dog that lives with me but is not in my ownership, although he was described as owned by me and the paragraph included his parentage and DOB.

The photo that they used only exists in one of my albums on FB--it's a photo of him playing in the woods, so not like a show photo that could have come from anywhere else. His breeder and owner has every right to be angry and assume I am passing off her dog as mine. I emailed Zooza straight away (cc to Jack's breeder) to tell them to remove the information, to ask where they'd got it and to issue an apology to the breeder. I had a reply within 20 minutes from an Alan Brown, saying they don't trawl FB for photos and that it must have been in my Zooza account. Now the only information I have stored with them is to enter my dogs for shows and I have never uploaded any photos at all. Has anyone else had similar problems with information/photos being 'lifted?' Given the number of dogs stolen of course it has crossed my mind that anyone could see the information on the Zooza webpage (not now, but it will be on their email) and easily find out where we are. Am I over-reacting here? I feel really upset by this.
