can anyone give me simple directions on how to get to the national show centr dulin off irish ferries as will be 1st time off ferry and traveling on my own

Off the ferry at Dublin Port follow the port exit signs and then TUNNEL (as you leave the port area about 1 mile off the ferry the right two lanes are for the tunnel).  The toll booth is at the tunnel entrance.  Through the tunnel and then follow the airport signs, you will leave the dual carriageway after about 3 miles on a left feeder to the airport.  At the roundabout in front of the airport take the right turn signed SWORDS....go to the next roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto a small lane and the entrance to the NSC is 25 yards on the left.  The gates are often not opened until about 7.00am.

thanks for that will have a sleep in lane as will prob be there for 6am

If you are going on the 2.30am Stena or Irish ferry by the time you get off at Dublin and get to the show centre it will be around 6.30am along with a fair few more waiting also, most just walk their dogs for a while at the show entrance and have a little nap there.
