How often should I clean my 8month GR ears.  I noticed yesterday one ear was very dirty and red luckily (i had cleaned it about 2 days before) we were on the way to vets so asked about her ear and sure enough she's ended up with drops.  Vet wants to get on top of this as its the second time she's had ear problem but I was just wondering how often do I need to clean her ears generally.
