
Been waiting for our crufts spectators tickets to arrive for weeks now . My Dad called today as he paid for them and they say that they were posted just after we paid for them , about 6 weeks ago . So they must be lost in the post , and they would cancel them , and just bring a copy of the paid invoice that was emailed. Has anyone had this happen and were they okay letting you in ?
I know we have proof of payment but can't help but think it may be a problem once we get there.
