how warm do you have the box for 3week old toy breed pups that have a good coat on them ....im finding it hard to get it right they are all over each other or on their back bellys up spread out!

Thats what they do, spread out when hot and then puppy pile for comfort, provided they don't feel cold to touch or distressed and panting then don't worry.
