If I can ask is there anybody in the Blackpool area that could foster this old chap so the old chap who has had to give this lovely oldie up can at least go and visit him :-(

So sad. Hope a happy outcome is found. The more word spreads the better

There is a picture of him on the thread now and for a 15 year old lad he looks I super condition and what a lovely kind face.

I do hope he gets a foster home soon as he deserves a big fire and lots of cuddles poor lad.

I do hope the owner is ok as I can imagine he is one very sad man :-(

Looks like he has the offer of a foster home on the 3rd page of that thread. Great stuff I'm sure we can all imagine how awful it would be to have to make the awful choice of dog or roof over your head, I know that's how at least one homeless person (and probably many more) in Edinburgh ended on the streets, he wouldn't give his dog up and they're not allowed in the council run hostels :(

I hope Chester and his Dad can be reunited in the future but if not at least the old chap will have a warm bed for the rest of his days.
