Ive been using ovulation pads on my girl since day 5 and its now potentially day 18 and STILL no change of colour on the pads.im using them correctly and this isnt the only reason i ask..also ive not seen her go through the flirt stage either..normally a complete tart and flagging at anything moving shes still keeping her tail tight to her bottom(which i always take a a signal shes definitely not ready..)
little bit mythed!
Any ideas?
was going to pop up to see stud dog tonight just to see wht either reactions we get...

question.shes notbeen bathed and im gonna be a bit embarrassed as not showing up with my girl looking fluffy and gleaming should i bath her or willit detere the stud dog?
im thinking it cant harm to bath as if shes ready he'll know anyway???

From what I'd read of them ovulation pads are not reliable and do not accurately predict the right time.  Only blood testing can do that...

Day 18 is not too late.  Don't bath her, I got moaned at when I took a freshly bathed bitch to the stud - he needs the scent to do his stuff!!  Good luck tonight x
