I love to give my gr puppy a cherry tomato, the fun she has with it for ages, not splitting it but tossing around and pushing it with her paws but never damaging it until she's ready then GONE lol it's fascinating to watch.

She's a gundog - give the egg raw :)

... just not indoors!

I agree raw egg lol

LOL,  I did the egg test with Jet.  I guess it means her HOLD command is weak since it only broke when she dropped it on purpose to give it a better sniff.

No, no, no ... definitely hard boiled egg AND shelled. Slippery slidy egg much more entertaining than a mere splat :-)

Sorry to be a kill-joy but tomatoes can be poisonous to dogs.

and there is an enzyme in raw egg that  affects  calcium absorption , important in a young pup.... google it , you will find it , and there are warnings all over F/B about what not to give your dogs as its Christmas ..

I would not give a peeled boiled egg...too easy to slip down the throat and choke a dog. Having had a dog choke on a tennis ball I am ultra carefull about such things.
Sorry to be a killjoy! unshelled boiled egg is much better :-)

I read that it's tomato plants that are poisonous to dogs but NOT the fruit i googled it when i found her pinching the fruit off the plants and the boiled egg she nibbled like a lady lol lol
