How far North does the dog food company deliver? nothing on their website but i notice they are suffolk so not sure if the go as far as durham
Thanks :)
I don't believe they come as far north as you ... which is less as far north as me :( I have enquired some time ago. But ... I shall be watching this post with interest. I've had feed from them and I know a few people who get feed from them (the live south) and it seems to be extremely good quality :-)
I have been using the Dog Food Company for over a year now and they have been brilliant.
Does any one know what has happened to them? I have sent orders and tried to ring but there has been no reply. Have e-mailed Scott and left message on his mobile. Still no answer.
I shall be really sorry if they've stopped selling.

Friend in Essex had a delivery from Scott last week

They haven't stopped selling, but their customer service is unfortunately virtually non-existant and it's really hard to get hold of them.
What are their delivery charges? Does anyone know?

I agree re customer service. When you get hold of him, he is great the meat is good quality and good prices but had to stop using as I need to know I can order what I want when I want with no fuss. Shame
I sent an e-mail asking about delivery charges and got a reply on a Sunday morning. I then worked out an order and phoned the mobile number on a weekday to ask about delivery dates. Got Scott, agreed a date, and then i e-mailed him my order. Delivery made on time and I was well happy. I shall definitely continue to use this company.
Have used this company for 2 + years ,They charge me £ 5 delivery to hertfordshire so I know that they do this area plus m25 way as well I now get a email once every 4 weeks asking what I require this time ,so great communcation as far as I am conserned.Scott has had to take on more staff as business had got a bit hectic Before xmas so now have a new delivery man ,he even puts it into my garage so that I do not have to cart it myself (lovely man)

maybe I will try again :)

I've given up with him, his customer service is dreadful and after 4 out of 4 disasters, the final time ended with me having to do a 2 hour round trip to another supplier because he failed to deliver my food. Delivery is £6 and the food is great but I can't cope with the not knowing whats going on when I've 4 dogs to feed. If you live near Durham, you could go directly to DAF themselves.
I´ve just been let down by Scott this week and so far he´s not responding to my e-mails, voicemail message and text messages. It seems like he no longer wants me as a customer - which is no loss to him as I buy a freezer full only once every couple of months. Unfortunately all the other raw food suppliers I´ve found locally are at least double the price.

I have tried to contact him by e- mail, text , phone no reply so he must not want the business or is just not trading anymore .

Where are you? I buy from TPMS and, although I haven't done a price comparison in a while, they used to be pretty cheap compared to others such as Berriewood and Landywoods (? - I hope I've remembered those names right - as I say, it's been a while :) )

We normally buy from Durham animal feeds, their prices are very competitive, they deliver all over the Country and also have suppliers across the UK. I am now buying from Manifold valley Meats and they are more expensive than DAF. There are several raw feeding groups with info on suppliers on FB.
I´m just trying to put together an order with Manifold Valley. (I always find it difficult to work out how much of what product to buy. LOL)

Just checked DAF website for their delivery routes and they still don't deliver all over the country. They have a list of postcodes on their site that they do deliver to. They don't seem to deliver to the next county I'm off to either!

Manifold Valley are very good, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Can´t fault Manifold Valley - and guess what time my delivery arrived this morning. 6.15 am!!!!!

I'm in Essex and still using Scott - Dog Food Co. I have found his customer service pretty hopeless but he is more or less a one man band. He was hopeless for a while when he lost his phone! Last order was fine, orderde a week before and asked for a date the following week and he came in on time a week before Christmas. I usually send an email and follow up with a text message, sometimes a phone call if I'm getting very low.
I always buy a couple of boxes of whole carcasses (I will not feed mince) and blocks of heart, tongue etc. I'm interested in a cost comparison between Scott and Manifold Valley - anyone?
I´m in Essex and not that far from Scott but he let me down badly on a delivery and then never responded to my texts and phone calls so I had no choice but to change supplier.

Manifold Valley Meats here to, always been fab, and although they are a bit more expensive than some it is great quality and loads of chioce (most the time).lol
