I have a speyed bitch and two entire.my male is castrated and never shows any interest.however my dads year old pup whos entire shows so much interest in my SPEYED bitch im confused..i know some of you lotwill know why...lol...
he will sniff and lick like no tommorrow follow herlike shes ready to mate...but not batter an eye lid to my entire girls...

Could be the pups age and he see absolutely everything as a sex object or she may have an infection, take a sample of pee to the vet and ask them to check, if it is clear it is the pup being a normal adolescent and if there is infection it can be treated.

Yep, get a sample checked.  Saffi got a lot of attention from boys earlier this year, she's been spayed 3 years now and it was a urine infection.  Quicker you catch it the better if it is that.

interestingly enough we took dogs over the park this morning ovbiously bella couldnt go so he started sniffing isabelle!!
