I just pulled the deer meat, lung & heart out of my deepfreeze- been in the freezer since the 3rd.
Prob 5 lbs of both I pulled out. How much do I feed for a meal?
Can I half it? Ex Moose eats a pound twice a day so could I feed half lung/heart & deer meat to make a pound
for one feeding or is that to much organ?
The bostons get 5 ounces twice a day so 2.5 ounces of both.

I think heart is considered muscle meat rather then offal, and deer meat is lean muscle meat, so I would feed more of that and much less of the lungs - maybe only 1/4 of what you give of the others?

ETA I've been told you feed much less offal then muscle meat/bone as it can make their bellies squitty

Thanks will do. Won't go half and half go a quarter of the organ and the rest the meat- only have enough to last about 2 days but the
organ will last a little longer then.
