We pick our new puppy up in a few weeks, the breeders have weaned them on Eukanuba.

Is this the best dry food moving forward?

Please can I have some advice on what brand will offer the best nutrition to our new addition.

There is no 'best' dry food; some suits an individual dog better than others. If you think the mum andpups are loking well on Eukanuba then it's a good food for them. If you do decide that this food isn't what you want to feed, for the first two weeks stick with Eukanuba, then if you want to change food do it gradually over a week or so, to avoid upsetting the pup's tummy.
