BEWARE. In our local newpaper there is a lady in a Mercedes buying dogs with counterfeit notes. Unfortunatetly owners that are unable to keep their dogs for one reason or another and are advertising them on line. She recently brought two cockers Skye and Ceasar when the person realised the money was counterfeit she contacted the police and now Cambridge and Southend police force are involved.

How very sad that the person wanted money for their dogs.  Had they phoned breed rescue at least a caring home would have been looked for.

Yep, more worrying than the counterfeit notes is what will happen to these dogs :( Money doesn't matter if you have to rehome a family member, choosing someone you can trust to look after them the rest of their life does. In a way these people get what they deserve, unfortunately the dogs don't!
